What does this page show?
It looks up the IP addresses a domain currently resolves to, then shows the location, ISP and network for each one. It is the GeoIP page repeated for every address behind the name.
What are A and AAAA records?
These are the DNS records that map a name to its addresses. An A record points to an IPv4 address and an AAAA record points to an IPv6 address. A domain can have several of each.
Why does one domain resolve to many IPs?
Large sites spread traffic across many servers and data centers for speed and reliability, often behind a CDN. Each server has its own address, so the same name can return a different set of IPs depending on where and when you ask.
Whose location is this, the site's or the owner's?
The server's. Geolocation shows where the machine answering the request sits, usually a data center. It does not tell you where the company or the owner is based.
